The home has natural stone tile flooring, natural wood cabinets and granite counters through out. The first level of the home features a courtyard entrance with a fireplace. The main living area has a formal living room, make a left and you are in the kitchen which opens up to a family room with a 60-inch flat screen TV. Go down the stairs to the basement level and you have another family room with a 70-inch flat screen, a Nintendo Wii and surround sound. This room also has a nice bar area and a walk in wine cellar. The best part of the basement is the Theatre with it's 8 plush lazy boy chairs and the 100-inch projection screen with a PS3 Blu Ray player and surround sound. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King bed. The master bath has a huge Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room, a large walk in shower, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. Adjacent to the master is a home office. Beyond the home office is the mother in law suite which has a private entrance from the courtyard. The third bedroom upstairs is on the opposite side of the home. The basement has the 4th and 5th bedrooms. For the uninitiated Carefree may seem out of the way but in fact everything you need can be found within 10 minutes from the home. Carefree adjoins the town of Cave Creek were you can find much of the best of what Phoenix has to offer and in a visually appealing location surrounded by large boulder out cropping and natural Sonoran Desert. Cave Creek has so much to offer, some of my favorites are C4 Coffee House which has the best coffee in all of Phoenix with locally roasted beans, Big Earls Greasy Eats home of the last honest hamburger and home to a weekly car show every Friday night and for a five-star dining experience you'll want to try Binkley's Restaurant. Cave Creek is also home to some of the best horseback tours, jeep tours biking and hiking trails. Bartlett lake is also just 20 minutes down the road were you can rent a house boat or motor boat.
